Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Dip

Self control? What is that?!?! You'll completely forget once faced with this dip. These tasty ingredients blended together will make rich sinful love to your tongue. It's a great party dip, total crowd pleaser! Although, you might find yourself wanting to be alone with it...


1 jar (14 oz) marinated artichokes, chopped & drained
1 pkg. (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayo
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 bag tortilla chips for dipping
1.     Preheat oven to 350.
2.     In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo and garlic. Stir in artichokes & mozzarella cheese.
3.     Spread over bottom of baking dish. On top of mixture, layer peppers, olives, seasoning and Parmesan.
Bake for 20 25 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
